I’m Laura, a twenty-something girl living the gluten-free life. I like to think of myself as Young, Wild and Gluten Free. I began this blog at the beginning of my gluten-free journey and have grown with it in the years since. I enjoy using my blog as a way to connect with the gluten-free community and offer information that can help all sorts of gluten-free folks, including everyone from newbies to veterans.
What Does G-Free Laura Write About?
Throughout this site you will find gluten-free product reviews, a variety of recipes (that you’ll actually be able to make), reviews of gluten-free restaurants, and several posts about the experiences that those with gluten sensitivity or celiac disease may go through.
Where Does G-Free Laura Live?
I have lived in Toledo, Ohio my entire life, with the exception of a 4-year stint in Youngstown during college. Due to my location, you will find a lot of Toledo gluten-free restaurant reviews, in addition to reviews of Cleveland gluten-free restaurants as I visit there often. Not in either region? Don’t worry – sometimes I get crazy and travel, so our gluten-free paths might cross!
The products I review vary – you may read about a product that is found locally, regionally, or nationally. Just keep your eyes peeled for what may apply to you!
How Can I Connect with G-Free Laura?
You can find me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. I do my best to respond to any questions that my followers may have so feel free to contact me through your preferred form of social media!
Does G-Free Laura Blog on Other Sites?

I also previously posted simple, gluten-free recipes on SwimUtopia.com in the series Wheatless Wednesday with G-Free Laura.
