Gluten-Free Buffalo Chicken Pizza
As previously stated, Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery now has gluten-free tortillas. I decided to spice things up with the Fiesta flavor and make buffalo chicken pizza. No worries, this is a super easy, super tasty meal that won’t take you long, because you all know I’m not one to slave in the kitchen.
What you’ll need:
- Rudi’s gluten-free tortilla (or another gluten-free substitute, like a corn tortilla)
- Salsa
- Cheese
- Chicken
- Tabasco Sauce
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Any other toppings (I chose some peppers from the garden)
After you have your ingredients, cut up the chicken and cook on the stove top. After that is done, coat with a Tabasco Sauce/Butter mix (2 tbsp. butter, melted + 1/2 small jar of Tabasco Sauce). Bake the tortillas for a couple of minutes, then start piling the toppings on.
The bottom layer is the salsa, then your Tabasco-coated chicken. Sprinkle on some cheese, and add your other toppings. Then, bake in the oven for approximately 5 minutes at 375 degrees.
How easy is that? You can make a spicy gluten-free dish in no time!
Thank you Rudi’s for giving me another option to use in this dynamite recipe!
