Gluten-Free Cheese Crackers
As a former lover of the almighty cheez-it, I have been on a search for a gluten free version of my favorite snack…or at least just some type of cheese infused, wheatless crispy thing. Thanks to the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness and Wellaby’s, I have found a gluten free snack to fill the void.
When the large-scale box of Wellaby’s gluten free crackers arrived at my door, I geeked out like none other. I could not wait to taste their Cheese Ups - a triangle-shaped, baked snack that tasted exactly like those gluten-filled goldfish I used to inhale back in the day.
Also included in the package were other flavors of Cheese Ups, and several flavors of Crackers, Mini Crackers, and Pita Chips. To read the full review of these gluten free products, visit the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness Gluten Free Hot Products Blog.

Laura,
Wellaby’s products are great and they have a heart for the gluten free community. They donated to our Camp Gluten Freedom this past summer in Indianapolis. The kids loved the cheese ups and the Cinnamon and Sugar pita chips. We hope to have more Wellaby’s next summer for Camp Gluten Freedom!
Since you are young, wild and energetic, we’d love to meet you at our HUGE Gluten Free Expo in Indianapolis in October. Road trip? Love your blog. Keep up the great reviews, recipes and experiences.

Thank you for the heads up about Wellaby’s. It is a company my family is unfamiliar with. My son is both Diabetic and Celiac, so we are always on the lookout for products we haven’t tried.

Apologies. The earlier comment was a premature submission. Hate it when that happens. :) Anyway, great blog and thanks for the heads up on Wellaby’s.
