Luce’s Gluten-Free Artisan Bread Mix is off the chain. I tried a couple of the gluten-free bread mixes about a year ago – the Classic Sourdough and New Italian blends – and pretty much fell in love. The part I enjoy is that you have fresh baked bread but there isn’t all of the usual work that goes into making fresh baked bread.
Easy Gluten-Free Bread Mixes
With Luce’s gluten-free mixes, all you have to do is add water and stir up the flour provided in the pack. Seriously, it’s bonkers how easy it is.
After you add water to the mix, you plop the dough onto the provided parchment paper and shape into a loaf. Then, you sprinkle the provided dusting flour on top, make a little slash that helps to reduce tearing of the loaf, and then voila, put into the baking bag and you’re ready to go.
The flavor that I just tried was the new REALLY “Rye” which is dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, and soy-free. It was delicious.
Simple Gluten-Free Bread Baking
Aside from the 85 minute baking process, this gluten-free bread couldn’t be less time-intensive. I spent a total of 5 minutes actually doing something to prepare the loaf and the rest was me waiting for the timer to go off, which was actually really hard because the house smelled wonderful and I just wanted that gosh darn bread!
I recommend checking out Luce’s Gluten-Free Artisan Breads. As I said, they couldn’t be tastier and the process couldn’t be easier.
